Counselling
When you are looking for a concrete solution
Counselling is not psychotherapy. It is about finding the right solutions to specific, current difficulties.
It is a practical, educational and solution-focused way of talking and working, in which client and counsellor both take an active part. The emphasis is on complementing each other, on the active role of both sides, and on continually assessing the situation and adjusting accordingly.
