Psychotherapy can help us grow as people and live a more fulfilling life, and it can also help us resolve a wide range of personal difficulties.
Psychotherapy can benefit almost anyone, and research has shown that between five and twenty per cent of the general population urgently need it.

When is the right time
If you feel that you can no longer find the right way to resolve your emotional and psychological problems on your own, psychotherapy may be the right path. It is important, though, that you come to therapy with genuine motivation – not much can be achieved in it under pressure.
